The BCM56275 is part of the Trident3 portfolio that addresses switching needs, extending from data centers to wiring closets with the same programmable pipeline and feature set that scales based on the application. The BCM56275 has Gigabit PHYs integrated, a powerful ARM Cortex-A72 CPU, and a Security Engine (MACsec). It drives a new paradigm of network monitoring from the edge of the network through its hardware-based advanced analytics. This compact low-power design enables fan-less operation and opens many form factors that lend well for ceiling and wiring closet applications.
