描述 Description

The SSD1627 is a bi-stable display driver IC with controller integrated. It has 131 segments, 1 background segment and 1 common output. Each segment/common can support 2-level driving and 3-level driving. The embedded DC/DC can generate all output voltages to drive thepanel. In the SSD1627, a new 15V caplite charge pump is embedded that can reduce the number of external capacitor.
The SSD1627 has programmable display waveform feature and it supports output voltage from 3.0V - 8.0V for fitting different kind of bi-stable display technologies.
 
To communicate with external MCU, there are pin selection to make the SSD1627 to support SPI or I2C interface. Moreover, the SSD1627 can cascade with additional SSD1627 by a dedicated cascade port to increase the number of segments.
