The SPD2012-12 is a mesa structured, GaAs-based PIN photodiode array offering twelve channels of 60mm top-side illuminated detection windows with a bandwidth capable of up to 12GHz per channel. This product has high responsivity, low dark current, low capacitance and excellent reliability. The photodiode’s low parasitics make it ideal for high-speed, multimode, 10x10Gb/s Ethernet for QSFP28, and 12x10Gb/s (120Gb/s), 12×12.5Gb/s (150Gb/s) and 12x14Gb/s (168Gb/s) for CXP transceivers and active optical cables (AOCs).
