描述 Description

SL8501X is a MIPI D-PHY serializer / de-serializer with integrated VCSEL driver and TIA which supports a D-PHY input bandwidth of up to 10 Gbps. It is used to create a complete optical link for medical and security applications and can also be used to transport the serialized data electrically without needing any additional external components.Available in 3 versions:SL85017 bare dieSL85018 uBGA package for optical serialization (5mm*5mm, 0.5mm pitch, 64 balls)SL85019 uBGA package for electrical serialization (5mm*5mm, 0.5mm pitch, 64 balls)
