描述 Description

SL85018 is a MIPI D-PHY serializer / de-serializer as uBGA with integrated VCSEL driver and TIA which supports a D-PHY input bandwidth of up to 10 Gbps. It is used to create a complete optical link for medical and security applications without needing any additional external components.

• Supports dual camera operation
• Can serialize an additional 5 general purpose CMOS level signals
• Ultra-low power consumption
• Operates from -40 to +100°C
• Available as uBGA package for optical serialization (5mm*5mm, 0.5mm pitch, 64 balls)
