High Current Synchronous Step-Up Converter with Adjustable Current Limit

The SGM6609 is a high-current, synchronous boost DC/DC converter with a programmable peak current limit. The peak current limit is programmed from 0.5A to 3.5A by an external resistor from ISET pin to ground.
