单节锂离子电池线性充电控制器

RT9501 是针对锂离子/聚合物电池充电使用的线性充电器，适用于空间狭小、成本敏感的应用。它包含了充电状态指示、充电终止、电池温度监测、高精度电流、电压调整等功能，封装采用 MSOP-8 规格。它有三种充电模式：预充电、恒流充电和恒压充电。当电池电压低于默认门限 V_O(MIN) 时，RT9501 使用一个很小的电流值对电池状态进行调整，此后再用恒定的电流对电池进行充电，此电流的设定利用了一只外部电阻实现。当电池电压升高到调整电压时，恒压模式被启用。电池温度总是处于被监测状态下，这是经由连接在 TS 引脚的外部热敏电阻实现的，只有温度处于用户设定的范围内时，充电才被容许。 • 为单节锂离子/聚合物电池单元设计(4.1V 或 4.2V)\n• 仅需很少的外部元件\n• 预充电、恒流充电和恒压充电三种模式\n• 电池温度监测\n• 充电状态指示\n• 自动复充\n• 充电终止检测\n• 电源移除时自动进入低功耗睡眠模式\n• MSOP-8封装\n• 符合 RoHS 规范，不含卤素;
