描述 Description

The RHF350, RHF350A device is a current feedback, single operational amplifier that usesvery high-speed complementary technology to provide a bandwidth of up to 550 MHz whiledrawing only 4 mA of quiescent current. With a slew rate of 940 V/µs and an output stageoptimized for driving a standard 100 Ω load, this circuit is highly suitable forapplications where speed and power-saving are the main requirements. The RHF350 ismounted in a Flat-8 hermetic package with 3 mm leads (Flat-8S) and the RHF350A ismounted in a Flat-8 hermetic package with 8 mm leads (Flat-8).
