The QT3940BC is a baseband chip that supports the 802.11ac standard for client applications. It is also backward compatible with the 802.11n/a. QT3940BC supports all mandatory 802.11ac features, as well as many of the optional features. QT3940BC supports 4 streams receive and MU-MIMO.
