The QT3840BC is a baseband chip that supports the 802.11ac standard. It is also backward compatible with the 802.11n/a. QT3840BC supports all mandatory 802.11ac features, as well as many of its optional features. QT3840BC is the world’s first 4x4 Wi-Fi solution supporting 4 streams of data and Multi User MIMO (MU-MIMO).
