描述 Description
The ultra-miniature 32.768kHz oscillator OM7604C7 has a 3.2 x 1.5 x 0.7mm ceramic package with metal lid, and is operable from 1.2-5.5V, featuring tight calibration tolerance and ultra-low current consumption of 0.3μA typical.
The OM7604C7 has ±20ppm calibration tolerance, with other values available on request and also features low ageing characteristics of just ±3ppm first year maximum at 25°C.
Available with AEC-Q200 qualification upon request, the OM7604C7 also features good shock and vibration resistance and is available over extended -40 to +125°C operating temperature range.
