描述 Description

The Melexis MLX80004 is a four channel physical layer device for applications of low speed vehicle serial data network communication using the Local Interconnect Network (LIN) protocol.
The device is designed in accordance to the physical layer definition of the LIN Protocol Specification Package 2.x and the SAE J2602 standard. The IC furthermore can be used in ISO9141 systems.
Because of the very low current consumption of the MLX80004 in the recessive state it’s suitable for ECU applications with hard standby current requirements. An advanced sleep mode capability allows a shutdown of a complete master node. The included wake-up function detects incoming dominant LIN messages and enables the voltage regulator.
