射频模拟芯片

MG1000是一款适用于高线性接收机的高集成度混频器芯片，工作频率从400MHz到4GHz，供电电压从3.3V到5V。本芯片的本振驱动采用多级缓冲放大器，片内集成的宽带变压器为射频和本振提供50Ω单端输入。对于射频端口，从1GHz到3GHz实现片内到 50Ω的匹配；对于本振端口，可达到片内从0.8GHz 到4.3GHz 的50Ω的匹配，无须外接匹配电路。如需扩展应用范围，只要简单的片外匹配即可。另外，中频输出为差分结构，非常方便接片外差分中频滤波器或放大器，如要50Ω单端输出，只需采用传统LC巴伦电路或者射频变压器，最大中频输出频率可达1000MHz。\r\n\r\n　　MG1000的高集成度 ◇工作电源电压：3.3V 到5V \r\n ◇工作频率范围：400MHz 到4GHz \r\n ◇50Ω 单端射频与本振输入端口 \r\n ◇高IIP3(5V)：+27.8dBm @1.95GHz \r\n ◇输入1dB压缩点：11.6dBm@1.95GHz \r\n ◇单边带噪声系数：12.4dB@1.95GHz \r\n ◇-3dBm 本振驱动电平 \r\n ◇封装：16-Lead QFN (4mm x 4mm);
