描述 Description
The miniature 2.5V MCSO6V oscillator is available over the wide frequency range of 10.0kHz ~ 155MHz, and offers very good frequency stability options over extended -55 to +125°C operating temperature range.
In addition to extended temperature range, the MCSO6V features good shock and vibration resistance, and fast start up time of only 5ms.
This miniature component has fully ceramic 3.5 x 2.2 x 1.2mm package and is customisable with a choice of termination materials.
