描述 Description
The miniature MCSO2W 2.5V oscillator features excellent shock and vibration resistance over extended -55 to +125°C temperature range.
This oscillator has miniature 5.0x3.2mm ceramic package and offers a choice of pad terminations including gold, or SAC (Sn/Ag/Cu) tinned pad terminations, ideal for material-sensitive applications and manufacturing processes.
The CMOS MCSO2W is available over very low 10.0kHz ~ 20.0MHz frequency range, and has optional enable/disable tristate functionality.
