描述 Description

MC96F8208S is an advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8 Kbytes of Flash. This powerful microcontroller provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution to many embedded control applications. The product provides the following features : 8 Kbytes of Flash, 256 Bytes of iRAM, 256 Bytes of xRAM, general purpose I/O, basic interval timer, WDT, 8/16-bit timer/counter, 16-bit PPG output, 8-bit PWM output, watch timer, buzzer driving port, SPI, UART, I2C, 12-bit ADC, on-chip POR, LVR, LVI, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry. MC96F8208S also supports power saving modes to reduce power consumption.
