This is powerful microcontrollerwhich provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution to many embedded control applications. This providesthe following features : 16Kbytes of FLASH, 256bytes of IRAM, 256bytes of XRAM , general purpose I/O, basicinterval timer, watchdog timer, 8/16-bit timer/counter, carrier generation, programmable pulse generation, 8-bitPWM output, watch timer, buzzer driving port, SIO, UART, 12-bit A/D converter, LCD driver, on-chip POR, LVR,LVI, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry.
