Safety and Protection: First NXP® H-Bridge motor driver designed using ISO 26262 processes in support of ASIL level C and D system qualification.
Efficient thermal management: Integrated MOSFETs with temperature dependent current limit scheme to prevent excessive heating of device.
Scalability: SPI programmable current limits and slew rates enable the use of the same motor driver for various motor sizes.
