描述 Description

The Nuvoton NuMicro M030GTD1AE for Optical Transceiver is based on Arm Cortex-M0 core with 32-bit hardware multiplier/divider. It runs up to 48 MHz and features 64 Kbytes Flash, 4 Kbytes SRAM, 2.7V ~ 3.6V operating voltage, 5V I/O tolerant, and -40°C to +105°C operating temperature.

The M030GTD1AE provides plenty of peripherals including 2 sets of 32-bit timers, 1 set of UART, 1 set of SPI, 2 sets of I²C supporting 1 MHz Slave Mode, and 5 channels of PDMA.

The M030GGC1AE also provides rich analog peripherals including a built-in temperature sensor with ±1.6°C deviation from 0°C to 70°C and ±2°C deviation from -40°C to 105°C, internal voltage reference that can output 2.5V, 16 channels of 1.4 MSPS 12-bit SAR ADC and 4 sets of 12-bit DAC.

In order to fit the small form factor requirement of the optical module, the form factor of M030GTD1AE is QFN 33-pin (4x4 mm) with pin-compatible across all series to make the system design and change parts easily.
