描述 Description

The M02009 is a low-noise transimpedance amplifier with AGC. Wide dynamic range, differential output and high PIN bias make the M02009 well-suited to the needs of both datacom and telecom users at OC-12/STM-3. It is highly recommended that this device be used in conjunction with the M02044C post-amplifier. When combined with a photodiode, the M02009/M02044C chipset forms a high-performance, low-cost 3.3V receiver.
