描述 Description

IPM interface (intelligent power module) photo couplers exhibits short propagation delay, fast IGBT switching, high common mode transient rejection and wide operating temperature range. These photo couplers combine with reinforced insulation to make a perfect match for IPM interface drive applications.The gate drive photo couplers come in wide range of output current from 0.4A to 5A. These optically-isolated devices are optimized for driving IGBT and MOSFET, exhibiting rail-to-rail output, fast gate switching speed, high CMR and reinforced insulation. The smart gate drivers are with integrated protection features and DC-DC controller. These gate drivers are ideal for use in motor control and power conversion applications where the microcontroller and user need to be isolated and protected from high voltages.
