描述 Description

IRS9103A is an automotive grade laser diode and LED illumination driver IC. It is optimized for high power and fast switching applications e.g. for indirect Time-of-Flight applications using a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL). The driver integrates an LVDS receiver input, gate driver and switch components in a tiny package. Built-in fail-safe mechanisms complete the main feature set for most size, cost, and performance optimized camera module designs.
