Enhanced Off-line SMPS Controller The IN-PLUG IPS15 is an enhanced off-line switcher version of the IPS10. It includes additional features such as soft start and over-voltage limiting. Like the IPS10, the IPS15 was designed for low-cost, high-efficiency, low-power flyback off-line switching power supplies.
