GRF2051 GRF2052 Guerrilla RF GRF205x Ultra-Low Noise Amplifiers are designed for wireless infrastructures and_other high-performance RF applications. The GRF205x are best when RF applications require the absolute lowest possible NF， high gain and_outstanding linearity. Broadband_external matches deliver outstanding RF performance over 0.7 to 3.8GHz (GRF2051) and_1.5 to 4.5GHz (GRF2052). The GRF205x are configured as first stage LNA， linear drivers or cascaded gain blocks. The GRF205x have flexible biasing capabilities that offer high levels of reuse within designs and_across platforms.
