This application specific Power MOSFET is the
latest generation of STMicroelectronics unique
“STripFET™” technology. The resulting transistor
is optimized for low on-resistance and minimal
gate charge. The Chip-scaled PowerFLAT™
package allows a significant board space saving,
still boosting the performance.
