描述 Description

 
The HS8610 is a Quad Band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and TD-SCDMA Multi-Mode Transmit Module with four TRX ports. The front end module integrates high performance LB and HB PAs, a low insertion loss SP6T, a CMOS controller and ESD filter. Internal 50Ω matching, DC blocking on TX/Ant and harmonic filtering circuit are integrated on-chip eliminating the needed for external components, simplifying layout and reducing board space. The device is packaged in a small LGA package (6.63mm x5.24mm x 1mm)
