描述 Description
The GXO-U120L 3.3V oscillator is available over a very wide frequency range of 1.8 ~ 170MHz, and features tight frequency stability options along with ultra-miniature 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.9mm and ceramic package with metal lid.
The GXO-U120L is available with -40 to +80°C industrial operating temperature range, has fast start up time of 5ms maximum, and produces 15pF CMOS driving ability.
This oscillator is available in low and medium quantities with short lead times, in addition to offering highly competitive pricing for high volume commercial projects.
