描述 Description

Designed for high speed data transfer, the miniature 3.3V GXO-L31L features a multiplier-free design for excellent phase jitter performance of just 0.3ps typical, and produces LVDS output.

This 3.2 x 2.5mm oscillator is available up to 60.0MHz in fundamental mode, or from 60.0 ~ 160MHz with 3rd overtone. Frequencies from 160 ~ 250MHz are achieved using inverted mesa technology, ensuring optimal jitter performance is maintained at very high frequencies.

The GXO-L31L comes with enable/disable tristate functionality as standard, and has low 20mA current consumption.
