描述 Description
Designed for high speed data transfer, the miniature 2.5V GXO-E31J features a multiplier-free design for excellent phase jitter performance of just 0.3ps typical, and produces complentary LV-PECL output.
This 3.2 x 2.5mm oscillator is available up to 60.0MHz in fundamental mode, or from 60.0 ~ 160MHz with 3rd overtone. Frequencies from 160 ~ 250MHz are achieved using inverted mesa technology, ensuring optimal jitter performance is maintained at very high frequencies.
The GXO-E31J comes with enable/disable tristate functionality as standard, and has low current consumption.
