描述 Description
The GVXO-523 voltage controlled oscillator features 5.0 x 3.2mm miniature surface mount package with industry-standard 4-pad configuration, making it suitable for a wide range of design configurations.
This voltage controlled oscillator also features excellent low jitter characteristics, with phase jitter RMS of 1ps maximum, and fast start up time of 10ms maximum.
Requiring voltage supply of 3.3V, the GVXO-523 has driving ability of 15pF CMOS and also features a wide range of frequency stability and pullability options.
