描述 Description
The Golledge GVXO-37N voltage controlled oscillator is available up to very high frequencies with negative supply, ideal for applications such as telecoms.
Available over a wide frequency range of 12.0 to 170.0MHz, the GVXO-37N produces complementary ECL output and allows wide frequency pullability of ±100ppm, with other options available.
This component comes with built in enable/disable functionality and is available at standard commercial operating temperature range of -10 to +70°C.
