Semtech’s GN3358 APD ROSA is a fully integrated device with design features that ensure excellent RF stability, together with high sensitivity.The GN3358 offers excellent sensitivity performance for both stressed and unstressed data, coupled with low power consumption. The GN3358 is a limiting transimpedance amplifier with pre-emphasis output designed to eliminate need for the post amplifier. The GN3358 optical design is optimised for very low back-reflection.
