Semtech’s GN3257 ROSA is a fully-integrated device with design features that ensure excellent RF stability, together with high gain. The GN3257 offers excellent performance in low-OSNR environments, coupled with low power consumption. Automatic Gain Control (AGC) is employed to maximize the dynamic range over which linearity is maintained. This enables state-of-the-art sensitivity for both stressed and unstressed data, and is capable of maintaining excellent performance for extinction ratios from infinite to 3dB.
