The EM7A8620 is a high integrated and high-performance ASIC. It integrated with the highperformance 32-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit high quality audio Codec and two 802.3 Ethernet PHYs. TheASIC also built in a number of on-chip communications peripherals, like I2S /I2C / PCM Bus / SPI / UART  etc. This is ideal chip to be integrated into Voice over IP or Adapter phonesolution.
