描述 Description

The EM78P5840N is an 8-bit RISC architecture microcontroller designed and developed with low-power, high-speed CMOS technology. It has on-chip 4k x 13-bit Electrical One Time Programmable Read Only Memory (OTP-ROM). It provides a protection bit to prevent intrusion of user’s OTP memory code as well as from unwanted external accesses. A number of one-time programmable option bits are also available to meet user’s application requirements. Functional flexibility of the EM78P5840N is enhanced with its internal special features such as watchdog timer (WDT), program OTP-ROM, RAM, programmable real-time clock/counter, internal interrupt, power down mode, dual PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter, and tri-state I/O.
