CL1570ED/EDD是一款非隔离线性LED恒流驱动芯片,可以实现高精度的LED恒流驱动。CL1570ED/EDD可通过外置检流电阻调节输出电流。\nCL1570ED/EDD因其特殊的恒流控制机制,兼容可控硅调光器应用,芯片无需变压器,即可实现LED的恒流驱动,芯片本身具有过温保护功能,提高系统可靠性。 ◆内置高压启动供电 \n◆±4%LED输出电流精度 \n◆输出电流外置可调:5mA~20mA \n◆兼容可控硅调光 \n◆内部集成450V功率管 \n◆无需变压器 \n◆过温调节功能 \n◆外围线路简单,元器件少 \n◆芯片可直接焊在铝基板上 \n◆系统应用无EMI问题;
