The CD4000 provides the positive dual 3-input NOR function. A single stage inverting function with standard output performance is also accomplished. The outputs are fully buffered for highest noise immunity and pattern insensitivity of output impedance.It operates over a recommended VDD power supply range of 3V to 15V referenced to VSS (usually ground). Unused inputs must be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input.
