The Broadcom BCM7125 is a single-chip, multiformat HD cable Set-top Box (STB) solution featuring high levels of integration and an integrated Multimedia over Coax Alliance (MoCA) 1.1 core.The BCM7125 allows multiple users to store, time-shift or access content from media servers or residential gateways for playback on Set-top Boxes anywhere in the home, driving the transition to a more connected and interactive home network environment. Broadcom's BCM7125 is also part of Broadcom’s series of high-performance, connected-home STB platforms that feature support for RDK and tru2way guides for existing and next-generation STBs. Broadcom's solutions also feature integrated DLNA and MoCA home networking technologies along with a powerful CPU, advanced audio/video decompression, rich on-screen graphics and robust security technologies.
