AW86502DNR is a high-sensitivity micropowerOmnipolar Hall effect switch IC with internal pullup and pull down capability. AW86502DNR usesa hibernating clocking system to reduce powerconsumption, which the total power consumptionin normal operation is typically 0.8μA with a 1.8Vpower source. Mainly designed for portabledevices such as laptop computer, smartphoneand bluetooth headset etc. The supply range ofAW86502DNR is 1.6V to 5.5V to support portableequipment. To minimize PCB space, theAW86502DNR has ultra small SON package:DFN 1.6mm×1.2mm×0.37mm-4L.When the magnetic field strength is greater thanBop, then the device output is pulled low; Whenthe magnetic field strength is less than Brp, thenthe device output is pulled high; When themagnetic field strength is between Bop and Brp,then the device output remains in the previousstate.
