描述 Description

The AW8090A is a 1.25W Class-AB audiopower amplifier with RF Noise Suppression(RNS) and Thermal AGC function. The RNSfunction and High PSRR suppresses the RFTDD noise effectively in GSM application.The thermal AGC function, which adjusts thesystem gain automatically when the junctiontemperature reaches the thermal regulationthreshold, prevents the device from over-heating and working Intermittently due to thesimple thermal shutdown in the traditionalClass-AB amplifiers.The AW8090A features unique timing controlcircuit, that comprehensively suppressespop-click noise, eliminates audible transientson shutdown, wake-up, and power-up/down.The AW8090A is capable of delivering 1.25 Wof continuous average power to an 8Ω BTLload with less than 1% distortion from a 5.0Vpower supply.
