The Microchip AT27C4096 is a low-power, high-performance 4-megabitOne Time Programmable EPROM organized 256-Kbit x 16. Requiring a single 5Vpower supply, in normal read mode operation typical power consumption is only15 mA and standby mode supply current is typically less than 10 μA. Any wordcan be accessed in less than 55 ns, eliminating the need for speed-reducingWAIT states. The x16 organization makes this part ideal for high-performance16-bit and 32-bit microprocessor systems.
