描述 Description

The AS3157is a high performance single Pole/Doubel Throw (SPDT) analog switches. Thedevice feature ultra low RON of 0.8Ω typical at 4.5V VCCand operates over the wide VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V for AS3157. Theselect input is TTL level compatible. It is designed for low operating voltage,high current switching of speaker output for cell phone applications. The AS3157 can handle a balanced microphone, speakerand ring tone generator in a mono-phone mode. The device isfabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve fast switching speeds andis designed for break-before-make operation.
The AS3157features very low quiescent current even when the control voltage is lower thanthe VCC supply. This feature services the mobile handsetapplications very well allowing for the direct interface with basebandprocessor general purpose I/Os. The control input IN pin, tolerates input drivesignals up to 5.5V, independent of supply voltage.  
TheAS3157 is offered in Green SC70 package and is specified over an ambienttemperature range of -40˚C to 85˚C.
