描述 Description

The ANX7011 is a high voltage, high slew rate and high current single channel amplifier, which is provided as TFT LCD Vcom/Gamma buffer or half-AVDD buffer. The amplifier exhibits beyond the rail input capability, rail-to-rail output capability and is unity gain stable. The device os ideal for use  as voltage reference buffers in TFT-LCD panel applications  for TV, Monitors, Notebooks, and portable equipment devices.

     The ANX7011 features a high slew rate and fast settling times, and an extremly high output drive capability of 1.3A peak output transient current  (sink  and  source).  

     The ANX7011 operates on power supplies from 4.5V to 20V and consumes less than 3mA  . It is available in a space saving 8-pin WDFN package. The device features a standard operational amplifier pin out, and  operate  over  a temperature range of –40 degree C to +85º C, and it’s halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and is suitable for use in SnPb or Pb-free soldering processes.
