描述 Description

The ANX6657 is an integrated power supply solution with I2C interface which is optimized for small to medium size thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCD). It operates with high conversion efficiency from light load to heavy load and is suitable for battery applications.

     The synchronous boost converter provides the regulated supply voltage for the panel source driver ICs. The programmable switching frequency ranges from 600kHz to 1.2MHz.

     Another sync. boost converter supplies the  regulated TFT-LCD gate-on voltage with temperature compensation for GOA panels; and a negative charge pump regulator with internal switches provides the gate-off supply.

     The integrated 7-bit Vcom califrator(D-Vcom) is typically used for LCD Vcom driving; and the device also provides another independent OPAMP for HAVDD.

     One LDO linear regulator and two sync. buck regulators supply the power of VLDO, VIO and VCORE for TCON and driver ICs.

     The supply monitor(voltage detector) generates a reset signal when the system is powered down.

     The ANX6657 includes the protection fucnitons for all internal switches and function blocks to protect all converters against all the output fault conditions.

     It is available in a thin 28-pin 3.5x3.5 mm WQFN green package with Halogen free and RoHS compliant.
