具有2 ppm/°C基准电压源温度系数的16通道、12位nanoDAC+,SPI接口

AD5673R/AD5677R为低功耗、16通道、12/16位、缓冲电压输出、数模转换器(DAC),内置2.5 V、2 ppm/°C内部基准电压源(默认使能)和增益选择引脚,满量程输出电压为2.5 V(增益 = 1)或5 V(增益 = 2)。采用2.7 V至5.5 V单电源供电,通过设计保证单调性。AD5673R/AD5677R采用28引脚引脚架构芯片级封装(LFCSP),内置一个上电复位(POR)电路,确保DAC输出上电至并保持在零电平,直到执行一次有效的写操作为止。AD5673R/AD5677R还内置关断模式,在此模式下,将功耗降至2 μA(典型值)。 • 高性能\n• 高相对精度(INL):12位时最大±1 LSB\n\n• TUE:±0.14% FSR(最大值) \n\n• 偏置误差:±1.5 mV(最大值)\n\n• 增益误差:±0.06% FSR(最大值)\n\n• 低漂移、2.5 V基准电压源温度系数:2 ppm/°C(典型值)\n\n• 短路电流:40 mA;
