描述 Description

The AAT2856 is a highly integrated charge pump withdual linear regulators optimized for systems poweredfrom lithium-ion/polymer batteries. The charge pumpprovides power for white LED backlight. Six backlightLEDs can be driven at up to 30mA. Skyworks AS2Cwire™(Advanced Simple Serial Control) single-wire interface isused to enable, disable, and set the current to one of 32levels for the backlight. Backlight current matching is1% for uniform display brightness.
The AAT2856 offers two high-performance low-noiseMicroPower™ low dropout (LDO) linear regulators. Bothregulators use individual enable inputs and each willsupply up to 200mA load current. LDO ground pin currentis only 80μA, making the AAT2856 ideal for batteryoperatedapplications.
The AAT2856 is equipped with built-in short-circuit andover-temperature protection. The soft start circuitry preventsexcessive inrush current at start-up and modetransitions.
The AAT2856 is available in a Pb-free TQFN44-28 packageand operates over the -40°C to +85°C ambienttemperature range.
