描述 Description

The AAT2846 is a highly integrated charge pump withdual linear regulators optimized for systems poweredfrom lithium-ion/polymer batteries. The charge pumpprovides power for both white LED backlight and flash.Six backlight LEDs can be driven at up to 30mA each,while up to two flash LEDs can be driven at up to 600mAtotal. Skyworks AS2Cwire™ (Advanced Simple SerialControl™) single-wire interface is used to enable, disable,and set the current to one of 32 levels for the backlightand one of 16 levels for the flash. An external resistorsets the maximum flash current. Backlight currentmatching is 1% for uniform display brightness, and flashcurrent matching is 4% for uniform power dissipation.
The AAT2846 offers two high-performance low-noiseMicroPower™ low dropout (LDO) linear regulators. Bothregulators use individual enable inputs and each willsupply up to 200mA load current. LDO ground pin currentis only 80μA, making the AAT2846 ideal for batteryoperatedapplications.
The AAT2846 is equipped with built-in short-circuit andover-temperature protection. The soft start circuitry preventsexcessive inrush current at start-up and modetransitions.
The AAT2846 is available in a Pb-free TQFN44-28 packageand operates over the -40°C to +85°C ambienttemperature range.
