描述 Description
The high-speed photocoupler consists of a high-efficiency LED and a high speed optical detector, 4 different kinds of output available: open-collector, totem-pole, logic-gate and Schmitt trigger. With response time ranging from 10μs(100kBd), 1μs(1MBd), 100ns(10MBd), up to 60ns(15MBd) and in various package DIP, SOP and LSOP package, our solution can cover all kinds of demands.
