描述 Description

The ZXCT1084 is a high side unipolar current
sense monitors which eliminates the need to disrupt
the ground plane when sensing a load current.
The ZXCT1084 has a 60V maximum operating
voltage.
The wide common-mode input voltage range and low
quiescent currents coup°C with SOT25 packages make
them suitable for a range of applications; including
automotive and systems operating from industrial 24-28V
rails.
Its quiescent current is only 0.6μA thereby minimizing
current sensing error.
The ZXCT1084 has fixed gain of 25 voltage output further members of family offers fixed of 50 (ZXCT1086) and current output (ZXCT1082).
