Zilog’s Z32F064 MCU , a member of our ZNEO32! Family of microcontrollers, offers high-performance 32-bit computing capabilities. The Z32F064 MCU is a special-purpose microcontroller designed for motor applications. This microcontroller provides 3-phase PWM generator units that are suitable for inverter motor drive systems. A built-in 3-phase PWM generator controls one inverter motor. Two 12-bit high speed ADC units with 11-channel analog multiplexed inputs are provided to gather feedback from the motor. This microcontroller can control up to one inverter motor or one inverter motor and Power Factor Correction (PFC) function simultaneously. Multiple powerful external serial interfaces help to communicate with on-board sensors and devices.
